Rights of Third Parties

A person or entity who is not a party to these terms of use shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B of Singapore) to enforce any of such terms, regardless of whether such person or entity has been identified by name, as a member a class or as answering a particular description in such terms, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from the said Act. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in section of this terms of use shall affect the rights of any permitted assignee or transferee of these terms of use.

Governing law

These terms of use are governed by the laws in force in Singapore and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that place.
